Falling Out Of Love is proud to offer International Delivery. Our packages deliver within 7 – 10 business days. We ship with DHL. You can refer to our Shipping Policy for all additional shipping details.

Where can I get products that are “out of stock”?

We’re sorry that an item you are looking for has already sold out! Falling Out Of Love makes its best effort to restock all items, especially if they are within the current fashion season. Be sure to sign up for our boutique newsletter and we’ll email you if the item becomes available!

How do I qualify for free shipping? 

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders $65+. For International orders, it is Free Standard Shipping on orders $350 USD and above.

How will I know my item has been shipped? 

Falling Out Of Love will send you an automatic email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.

Do you ship to APO/FPOs?

We ship to those addresses including the US territories namely:

American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Marshall Island.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Can I modify my order once placed? 

We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it further. We cannot cancel any orders. For any further inquiries about your order, please contact us with your inquiry described in full, as well as your order number.

Are all sales final?

If you purchase a sale item, it is not a final sale. If you purchase an item during a sale, with a promotional code, it is a FINAL sale. We will allow exchanges if the size didn’t fit, but only if the size you need is available. If not, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept a return on that item purchased during a sale.

What if something is wrong with our order? 

We are so sorry we messed up! We are here to help and make it right! Please contact us and one of our team members will assist you as soon as possible.

While you are not required to create a Falling Out Of Love account in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders, and track each shipment. Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We also accept PayPal – a safe, secure service that accepts all major credit cards as well as e-checks. We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart. We are a verified site, so you can rest assured that your account and transaction information are entirely safe. We do not see or store your credit card information.

Where is Falling Out Of Love based out of? 

While Falling Out Of Love HQ is located in Denver, Colorado, the United States, our warehouse where we ship out products is located in Los Angeles, California (this is so we can source and supply the freshest selection of clothing and accessories straight from LA and ship to our customers fast!). While we do not have a physical store at the moment, we are strongly considering the option in the future.

How do your sizes run?

Do you charge sales tax? 

Sales Taxes will only be collected from orders that are shipping to the state of Colorado. No other states will incur any sales taxes. International orders may be charged duties and taxes depending on the law in their country. Those are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your items used?

Everything we sell is 100% brand new, never worn or damaged.
